1. Life management: For the inmates serving prison sentence in prison, because of temporary isolation from society, their emotions are unavoidably disturbed and easy to fluctuate. Therefore, in daily life management, the prison takes love as the starting point, encourages instead of punishment, persuades and corrects patiently, fosters disciplines through military management, fosters the spirit of kinship through courtesy movement, implements life (work) review meetings and sets up opinion boxes. To achieve two-way communication and emotional mediation, and to beautify the environment to cultivate temperament, under the humanized management, to promote the inmates serving prison sentence’ automation, spontaneity, self-respect and autonomy, to play a subtle role.
2. Safety Management of Guardianship: Control of Prisoners' Conditions
   1. Careful selection of staff and strengthen the assessment: According to the “Notices for Selecting Staffs and Operating Receptionists by Correctional Organs of the Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice”, strict assessments will be carried out after transfer. If there is any incompetent person, the staff will be immediately replaced.
   2. Implementing pre-service education: when calling in the morning, the chief of the guard and control section or the on-duty section should assign duties, inspect equipment and appearance, publicize government decrees, explain the essentials of service, review the implementation situation and improve methods.
   3. To carry out the plan of improving the business of the institution: to properly arrange the service and strengthen the supervision, and to select the administrators who have the ability of leading and controlling, rich experience in guard and controlling for the wards, workshops, cooking courses, construction and maintenance, cooperatives to achieve the goal of strict discipline and stable prison management.
3. Routine Education for Supervisors
   1. Monthly Scheduled Courses: academic subjects and skill subjects to enhance their professional intelligence
   2. Regular emergency drills and live ammunition shooting are carried out every year to develop crisis handling and response ability.
4. Other important work
   1. Regular inspection of firefighting and safety equipment, weekly inspection of firefighting equipment, generators, ward iron windows and fences and other equipment, in case of loss or damage, immediate inspection and improvement
   2. Regular and irregular implementation of the safety inspection and review of the personal belongings of the inmates serving prison sentence.
   3. Regular and irregular urinary examination for smokers and drug addicts
