• The valuable mails will be received by our specialist, and the content will be printed and inspected by the warden. After registering upon the process list from customer service case office, the case will be assigned to the corresponding departments following the administrative process.
• The case officer submits the delivered assignments toward the warden, and the consequence will be responded to democracy by e-mail.

*The notification letter will be sent back to democracy automatically after receiving the mail, and the process time is roughly for 3-5 workdays.
