Due to the popularity of modern punishment teleologism, all democratic countries in the world to perform a free Punishment, education of the general trend, which aims to change in temperament, inspire repentance, rehabilitation of the road, to suit the modern social life. Our supervisor is engaged in re-education in the spirit of teaching and no analogy. Its work focuses on the inculcation of national spirit education, vocational education and life education. Its method is to cultivate virtue, impart knowledge, build up physique, train mass education, supplemented by progressive treatment, shortening prison term and parole, and encourage them to repent and improve.

  1. Strengthen the Inculcation Work: The purpose of executing the free punishment is to make the inmates serving prison sentence change their lives and adapt themselves to the social life. Therefore, our prison has always focused on correcting and counseling, actively stimulating the conscience and conscience of the inmates serving prison sentence, cultivating the spirit of law-worship, improving the national concept, training frugal life, rebuilding the perfect personality, and becoming a healthy citizen. There are four ways to implement it.
    1. Collective Inculcation: Gathering the whole or most of the prison inmates serving prison sentence to teach.
    2. Category Inculcation: Teaching according to the results of the investigation and classification of the prisoners and their charges
    3. Individual Inculcation: In the form of individual conversations, individualized instruction
    4. iv. Religious Advocacy: According to the religious beliefs of prisoners, religious groups such as priests, pastors, nuns, sorcerers, lay Buddhists and other preachers are invited to supervise and advocate
  2. Strengthen Education
    1. General education: Primary, senior and remedial classes are organized according to the education level of the inmates serving prison sentence. Except for the designated educational series or other useful books for self-study in remedial classes, the other classes are taught daily by the instructor, and the courses are handled in accordance with the general social remedial education regulations. Those with good results are rewarded at their discretion.
    2. Vocational education: In order to train inmates serving prison sentence to learn one skill and improve their employment opportunities after leaving prison, in addition to enriching the machinery and equipment of workshops and strengthening training, and organizing various short-term training courses, it is quite effective to train inmates serving prison sentence' learning skills.
    3. Life education: to formulate living norms and guide practice in response to the advance and retreat of inmates serving prison sentence' food, clothing, housing, transportation and cleaning, so as to re-establish their good habits and social characteristics, so that they can adapt to social life after discharge from prison.
  3. Implementing progressive corrective treatment, shortening sentences and parole system
    1. For those inmates serving prison sentence who are sentenced to more than six months of imprisonment, in order to promote their repentance and social life, they are divided into four stages, from the lowest level of the fourth to the highest level of the first, step by step, and the higher the series, the better the treatment, as a sign of encouragement.
    2. If the total score of the person above three levels in the month is more than ten points, the sentence may be shortened, and the sentence shall be reduced to the third-level two-day, second-level four-day, and first-level six-day respectively.
    3. Those who are promoted to the second level or above with life imprisonment of more than 25 years, more than two-thirds of the recidivism of more than half of the term of imprisonment. Those who have acted kindly and have confessed facts during the period of six months of imprisonment shall be examined by the Parole Review Committee and submitted for parole.
    4. Upon examination and approval by the Prison (institution, school) Affairs Committee, a prisoner who has been promoted to the first level may live with his family members in a relatives' dormitory for two hours a month in accordance with the " Regulations Governing Co-inhabitation of Inmates and Families"
  4. Organize all kinds of cultural and health activities: To adjust their life interest, strengthen their physique, and promote sound physical and mental development. The following activities are organized
    1. The 200-inch projector is used to broadcast films regularly in the auditorium to provide alternate viewing for all prisoners (institutes) in the auditorium.
    2. Use the spare time to watch TV or enjoy music and songs
    3. Enrichment of books and equipment and free borrowing by inmates serving prison sentence. Show educational video programs
    4. Regular cultural and recreational competitions are held, including wall newspapers, balls, tug-of-war, swimming, gymnastics, singing, chess, speeches and papers. Winners and individuals are awarded at their discretion.
