In cooperation with Fujian Development Engineering Co., Ltd., the supervisor provides teaching staff, teaching tools and required materials, and sets up practical short-term welding skills training courses in the supervisor, which focus on the practical operation of welding machines and tools. The prison provides guards, lecture venues and selects inmates serving prison sentence who are interested in the welding category or have the original relevant welding foundation and strong employment intention after leaving prison. The inmates serving prison sentence can learn or strengthen the professional knowledge of iron welding and promote its technology to be more advanced. After leaving prison, the inmates serving prison sentence can quickly enter the employment field, create competitive advantage of self-employment, and create high quality employment environment after these quasi-ex-offenders after leaving prison.
