Training Purpose:

In cooperation with Fujian Development Engineering Co., Ltd., we invite Fujian Development Engineering Co., Ltd. to set up skill training courses in prison. The supervisor provides the site, pays attention to practical operation, selects the inmates serving prison sentence who have strong interest or original relevant expertise in paint waterproofing engineering, learns relevant knowledge of paint engineering and promotes their technology to be more advanced. After leaving prison, they can quickly enter the workplace and create their own competitive advantage of careers to create a matching employment environment for ex-offender.

Training Targets:

• No record of violation or minor violation with discretion and exemption within the last six months.
• Those who are eligible to apply for parole or leave prison within five years after completion of training.
• Non-segregated offenders.

Teaching methods:

• Academic subject: Systematic teaching of knowledge and performance of related specialties in paint waterproofing engineering with various teaching aids.
• Skilled Subjects: Flexibly use demonstrations and students’ practices, so that the trainees can learn professional skills proficient.
