The goal of administering incarceration is to allow inmates to amend their wrongs and adapt to life in a free society. On rehabilitation work, the Prison focuses on teaching and counseling to actively arouse the inmates’ conscience and abilities, cultivate their law abiding spirit, raise their patriotism, train to lead a simple life, and reconstruct a complete character in order to become a sound citizen. Rehabilitation work is conducted through: Group counseling, category counseling, individual counseling and religious counseling.
