The following activities are held regularly at the Prison for the mental and physical health of the inmates:

• Television and movie programs
• Relaxation activities after class or work
• Performances or exhibition by various cultural and art groups
• Hold ball games, tug of war, various competitions in pop songs, posters, calligraphy, writing, and lantern making for the Lantern Festival
• Improve library facility and install mobile bookcases
• Form book-reading clubs at the different teaching quarters
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face family meetings and activities on traditional holidays
